As part of the international exercise “Resolute Castle-24”, the members of the Engineer Battalion of the 1st Infantry Brigade, together with engineer units from the US Army Europe and Africa Command, carry out joint projects for development and upgrade of the capacities at the TA Krivolak.
As part of the activities of the exercise, the members of the Engineer Battalion together with the other participants upgrade and renew some of the already existing capacities of the training area Krivolak, but they also work on some new capacities, and this increases the capacity and functionality of the training area for implementation of various types of exercise activities.
Part of the activities of the Engineer Battalion until now were work on modernization of the warehouse for target storage, wash pad, concrete platform, upgrade and correction of the existing landing strip, road routes, a park for technical equipment and other activities in accordance with the activities of the exercise.
Besides these activities during the exercise “Resolute Castle-24”, the members of the Engineer Battalion improve their training and achieve interoperability with the allies by exchanging knowledge and experience.
