The Commander of the Operations Command, Major General Pavle Arsoski met the staff officers who are leaving for Train Advise Assist Command – North (TAAC-N) and the personnel for the Security Force Assistance unit at the Head Quarters of the “Resolute Support Mission” (RSM) in Afghanistan, staff officers for EUFOR peacekeeping mission “ALTEA” in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the staff officers for the mission “UNIFIL” in Lebanon.
At the meeting, General Arsoski said that, by participating in the “Resolute Support” mission, as well as, in other EU and UN led peacekeeping missions, the Army confirms its contribution to the global peace and security. Therefore, they are expected to do their job professionally in order to keep up with the high standards set by their predecessors, as well as, improve them.
The staff officers went on pre-deployment professional training in order to prepare for performing their duties and successfully face the challenges in the next six months in Train Advise Assist Command – North (TAAC-N), peacekeeping mission “ALTEA” in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the mission “UNIFIL” in Lebanon.
