Course on Information Operations at a Tactical-level in the 1st Infantry Brigade

A Course on Information Operations (IO) at a Tactical-level was conducted at the “Strasho Pindzur” barracks in Petrovec from 17 to 21 February, 2025.

The course is a continuation of the training provided by instructors from the 3/124 IO Battalion of the Vermont National Guard (NG) from the United States. Its aim is to strengthen the expertise of members of the 1^st Infantry Brigade (1^st IBde) in this field, as well as to improve the execution of such activities in multinational environments in support of peacekeeping operations and international exercises.

Participants in the IO course were key personnel from the 1^st IBde and personnel from the Light Infantry Battalion Group (LIBG).

The development and preparation of a training plan and program for future IO training of Army personnel will continue in accordance with the IO training plan, in cooperation with the Vermont National Guard in the upcoming period.
