From 7 to 9 October 2025, members of the 2nd Infantry Battalion, within the 1st Infantry Brigade, conducted intensive training preparations for the upcoming combat readiness evaluation of the unit, scheduled for next year.
The training aimed to further enhance the military proficiency and professional skills of the personnel. During the exercise, the battalion carried out a series of situational-tactical exercises (STX), which included offensive and defensive operations, as well as stability and peace support operations in the wider area of the “Penush” training range.
