Today, the 28th of March, 2016, there was a 15 Memorial of the tragic death of Captain 1st class Ljupcho Mirchovski (Military Police Battalion Commander at that time) at the military barracks “Ilinden” in Skopje.
A wreath of fresh flowers was laid at the monument in front of the command building of the Military Police by the Commander of the Joint Operations Command, Major General Vasko Gjurchinovski, representatives of GS of ARM, Defense Intelligence and Security Department, Special Operations Regiment Commander, representatives of the units located at the military barracks “Ilinden”, family members, friends and Reserve Force personnel.
He is remembered as a courageous, dedicated man who gave a good motive to his colleagues to complete the assignments. He will be well remembered for his work. His colleagues are proud to have worked in the same unit with him.
