Resident and non-resident Defense Attachés from 11 countries accredited in the Republic of Macedonia, based on the programme for collaboration of the Ministry of Defense with the association of Defence Attaches in Macedonia, visited the 1th Mechanized Infantry Brigade (1st MIB) on 24.09.2014.
The Defense Attaches were welcomed by the Commander of the 1st MIB Brigadier General Pavle Arsoski, and there was a presentation of the brigade. Defense Attachés were familiarized with: structure, mission, goals, personnel, material means, transformation of the unit and future challenges.
At the end of the visit tactical exercise “Check point” and “Release of hostage” were conducted by members of 2nd Mechanized Infantry Battalion within the 1st MIB.
