Based on the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Defense and the State University “Mother Teresa” – Skopje, students from the Faculty of Law carried out a study visit to the Military Police Battalion today.
Students from the Criminalistics program, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Muhamet Racaj, had the opportunity to practically enhance their theoretical knowledge. During the visit, members of the Military Police Battalion (MPBn) and the Reconnaissance and Intelligence Battalion (RecceIntBn) introduced the students to their missions and combat capabilities, followed by live-fire training and instruction on the weapons that these units use in their operational duties.
In addition to the tactical-technical display, during which weapons and equipment were presented, the students were also introduced to the techniques and tactics used during crime scene investigations. For this purpose, members of the Military Police Battalion conducted a demonstration exercise, during which the students observed the methodology for carrying out forensic activities by MPBn personnel.
This type of cooperation represents a significant contribution to the advancement and strengthening of Civil-Military Cooperation between the Army and educational institutions in the country.
