On the 27th of August, in Ohrid, the Commander of the Joint Operations Command, Major General Metodija Velichkovski gave a lecture at the fifth School of Young Leaders – a project initiated by the President of the Republic of Macedonia, PhD Gjorge Ivanov.
Major General Metodija Velichkovski gave a lecture about Military Leadership and talked about the leadership role in the army, the specific leadership within the army structure, and civilian contribution to the defense of the country. The lecture sparked a lot of interest.
The fifth School of Young Leaders was held from 19 to 28 of August which stimulates positive values with young leaders as potential political, cultural and economic leaders of our country. There were a lot of distinguished lecturers from educational institutions, politicians and members of parliament of European countries, ambassadors, ministers, managers of successful companies and business groups.
