In the barracks national hero “Strasho Pindjzur” in Petrovec today a ceremony was held on the occasion of the reception of duty Commander of the Air Defense Battalion (ADBN)
The ceremony was attended by the Air Force WING Commander, Colonel Stojko Pejovski, and Commanders of subordinate units and Chiefs of WING Sections.
In his address to the newly appointed Commander Major Kire Iliev, the WING Commander requested continuation of the work and training of personnel as well as maximum commitment in carry out the tasks assigned to both, the Commander and the personnel of the unit.
In his speech, newly appointed Commander Major Kire Iliev thanked for the given opportunity to command the unit and noted that he is honored to be able to work with professionals such as Air Defense members.
