Today, at the “Chojlija” barraks, with a military ceremony, duty takeover of the tank battalion commander (TBn), which is within the 1st Infantry Brigade (1st IBde), was held. Lieutenant Colonel Dejancho Glicheski took over the duty tank battalion commander.
The ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini, the Commander of the 1st IBde, Colonel Sasko Lafchiski, heads of sections of the 1st IBde Command, the 1st IBde units’ commanders and other guests.
The commander of the 1st IBde addressed the audience at the ceremony, reflecting at the activities carried out by the unit in the past period and congratulating the newly appointed commander, while Lieutenant Colonel Dejancho Glicheski thanked for the given trust and stressed that he will respond to the challenges and tasks set with the utmost conscientiousness and dedication.
The ceremony ended with а solemn act of receiving the military flag of the unit.
