A military ceremony was held at Regional Command-West (RC-W) in Pejë to mark the transfer of authority between the eleventh and twelfth rotations of the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia contingents deployed in the NATO-led KFOR mission.
In his address, the senior military representative of the eleventh rotation, Lieutenant Colonel Kristijan Serafimov, expressed his appreciation to all members of the eleventh contingent for the successful and professional execution of their duties throughout the mission. He also extended his best wishes to the incoming contingent, led by Colonel Zoran Ilov as the Senior National Representative and Captain Bojan Bogojevski as Platoon Commander, for a successful and safe accomplishment of their assigned tasks during the deployment.
In addition to the handover ceremony between the two contingents, NATO medals were formally awarded to members of the eleventh contingent of the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia in recognition of their successful service and mission accomplishment.
The ceremony was attended by the military leadership of Regional Command-West, headed by the Deputy Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Alban Muçi.
