In the period between February 2nd and February 26th 2015 in the Centre for training in winter conditions “Popova Shapka” members of the Military Police Battalion (MPB) in several groups conducted specific training in winter conditions.
The training is a part of the regular exercises in accordance with the Training Plan of MPB and aims at training to perform tasks in harsh winter conditions.
During the training execution, activities were conducted for making improvised facilities for staying in the mountains in winter conditions, techniques for using skis or special footwear and accessories for snow, transport and evacuation by helicopter of injured and wounded.
With the successful completion of the training MPB members confirmed their high professionalism, as well as their willingness to perform tasks in all weather conditions.
