The Engineer Battalion (EngBn), part of the 1st Infantry Brigade (1st InfBde), conducted a stationary field camp and training at the Army Training Area “Krivolak” in the period from 27 to 31 October 2025.
During this period, exercises with live mine-explosive means (MEM) were carried out at the “Mushanci” Engineer Training Range, including the construction of a detonating-cord firing network and detonation of explosive charges (EC), construction of an electric firing network and detonation of EC, demolition of structures and materials, as well as the preparation and detonation of a stone-throwing charge.
As part of the activities, personnel of the Engineer Battalion also carried out repairs of damaged road sections within the training area.
With the successful conduct of the training and exercises, the Engineer Battalion personnel demonstrated a high level of training, professionalism, and proficiency in executing exercises involving live explosive means.
