The Commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini, at the invitation of the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, attended the change of command ceremony at the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Command.
At the ceremony held at the Clay barracks in Wiesbaden, Germany, the outgoing commander, General Darryl Williams, handed over command to General Christopher Donahue.
