Today, the 10th of October 2014, various sports game competition events will take place at the barracks ”Boro Menkov’’ in Kumanovo. These events are part of the program set to pay tribute to the celebration of the day of The Joint Operations Command (JOC), which will be held on 17.10.2014.
The sports competitive games are to be held in the following discipline:
futsal, chess, and ping-pong .The Chief of Staff Brigadier General Stojan Dimchov personally held the games officially open wishing the competitors the best of luck.
The players of the futsal teams were were mainly from the service personnel of JOC and other active units in the barracks, but but they were also joined by futsal teams consisting of members from SVR Kumanovo, the Fireman territorial unit of Kumanovo, the General Hospital and the factory of “11 October “ AD.
The best will be handed in certificates of achievement on the day of the celebration honoring JOC.
By a declaration from the president of Republic of Macedonia 17th October is set to be the day of the Joint Operations Command commemorating important historical events and traditions which are embedded within the roots of the Army of Republic of Macedonia today.
