From 23-27 of September, 2019, the Air Defence Battalion (ADBn) within the Air Defence Brigade (ADBde), with the Air Defence declared platoon, conducted stationary camping and life firing with Anti Aircraft Cannon (AAC) 20/3 mm, at the TA “Krivolak”.
Concurrent activity with the camping was life firing with AAC 20/3 mm, aiming at ground targets No. 1 and 2, and air targets No. 5 (parachuters).
This kind of life firing, aiming at ground and air targets, is part of the regular planned activities in ADBn. The objective is to gain more experience in handling the weapons and improving the ADBn personnel’s skills.
The activity was successfully conducted, and the ADBn personnel demonstrated high readiness and training in firing with AAC 20/3 mm, therefore, they got high grades according to the evaluation standards for this type of life firing.
