The concept of the operation was carried out in three stages: infiltration, performing the attack and exfiltration. The object of attack was a command post (CP) of hostile enemy paramilitary formations, set deep in the opposing units which are in contact with our units.
First, the external security of the CP was disabled by sniper teams’ action, previous teams carried out disabling of the internal security of the CP and then an attack on the facilities was carried out rounding off the goal of the task. The captured communication means and materials were seized during withdrawal, and parts of the CP were destroyed by an explosive device.
At the end of the methodical-demonstration exercise the participants discuss and analyze the demonstrated activity.
