From 23 – 28.02.2014 in the Training Centre “Rudolph Perishin” in Zadar, Croatia, five members of the air surveillance and reporting battalion from Air Brigade attended the course “Mase Remote Console”.
The training is part of bilateral cooperation with the armed forces of the Republic of Croatia and it is being carried away for the fifth time with the staff of the surveillance and reporting battalion.
The purpose of this course is to train candidates for basic features and principles of operation of the console for monitoring, identifying and processing of data on air targets (“Mase Remote Console”), as well as training for using the console.
The practical training is conducted directly to consoles for monitoring and control of airspace using software tools “MASE REMOTE CONSOLE”. Throughout the course there were more checks and tests of theoretical knowledge that participants of the training passed with success.
The last group which attended the course was composed of Capt. Ljuljzim Isljami 2nd Lieutenant Katerina Zlatanovska, staff sergeant Hysen Imeri, staff sergeant Rahim Ljusjani and cpl Saska Carovska.
Successfully completed training of the attendants from the surveillance and reporting battalion is part of modernization of the system for surveillance and control of the airspace as one of the priority tasks of the air brigade.
