As a result of the long cooperation between the Army and the Territorial Fire Fighting Unit (TFFU) in Prilep, there was joint training and exercise of the Artillery battalion and the TFFU. Before the beginning of the summer, this exercise happened in the military barracks “Mirche Acev” in Prilep where the participants performed a few scenarios called “Firefighting security, car crash and natural disasters assistance.”
Before the final exercise there was a two-day training of the artillery battalion personnel (artybn) and the TFFU from Prilep. They practiced scenarios including handling fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment.
The aim of this training and exercise was to train the artybn personnel to be able to adequatly react in case of fire, caused by natural disasters, car crashes and etc. and coordinating their action with TFFU.
