Today, the 14th of March 2019, at the Special Operations Regiment in the military barracks Ilinden, there was a specified area inspection in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Document 2011.
The team consisted of three representatives of the Romanian Armed Forces and one of the German Armed Forces. The inspection team had briefings about the history and the mission of the unit, its military formation and structure, its main weapon systems and military equipment. Furthermore, the briefings included the location of the training areas and shooting range, and current and future activities of the unit.
