In the period from 17 to 28 November, at the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) in the premises of the barracks “Aleksо Demnievski Bauman” in Veles, a training Course for Personnel Handling Materiel (CPHM) 1-25 was conducted by instructors from TRADOC. Non-commissioned officers, professional soldiers, and civilian employees from Army units who are assigned, or planned to be assigned, as materiel handlers were selected to participate in the course.
The purpose of the CPHM is to train handlers in responsible, proper, and up-to-date management and handling of the materiel used within Army units and commands. During the training, participants gained knowledge in the proper maintenance of documentation in warehouses where materiel assets are stored, as well as the timely maintenance of materiel logs and records.
During the ceremonial closing of the course, certificates were awarded to the participants by the deputy commander of TRADOC, Colonel Darko Stojkoski. In his address, he emphasized the importance of the course and wished them success in their future work, as well as effective implementation of the newly acquired knowledge in their units.
