On October 10th in the Center for Dog Training (CODK) the course for training the Ministry of Interior officials, and the training of police dogs in the guarding category was completed.
Over three weeks, six police officers from the Ministry of Interior, along with six police dogs of the breed Belgian shepherds, known as guarding dogs, successfully conducted the training course. The course was led by the chief instructor from CODK, Sergeant Riste Giovski.
After the course completion, the participants got a certificate for completed course for a police dog handler in the protective-patrol category. These courses are regularly conducted in CODK for members of the Army and members of the Ministry of Interior.
