Today, March 3rd 2015, at the Centre for Individual Training began Methodical Training Course for NCOs. The course is attended by 28 (twenty eight) listeners – NCOs from units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
The purpose of the Methodical Training Course for NCOs is modernizing the way of conducting excellent individual, collective and methodical preparation of trainers and proper management of time to deliver the curriculum.
Special attention in the course of the training is given to the rational use, storage and maintenance of educational training facilities available to each unit.
With the completion of the Methodical Course NCOs will have a single approach in the implementation of the training, uniform transfer of the acquired knowledge and skills in all units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
