The Individual Training Center (ITC) started an NCO Methodology training on the 4th of March, 2014. Twenty-nine servicemen of the Army of Republic of Macedonia are attending the course. They will have a chance to learn how to conduct training by using modern and contemporary ways and methods of training. One of the topics is using and maintenance of the equipment available in each unit.
Upon finishing the NCO Methodology training, the NCOs will be equally trained to convey their knowledge and skills to other soldiers in all units of ARM. One of the missions of the Individual Training Center within Training Command and Doctrine is designing, developing and conducting specialized courses in order to give continuous professional development to NCOs in ARM.
