In the period from 13 to 27 October, two courses were conducted simultaneously at the Training and Doctrine Command, at the premises of the barracks “Alekso Demnievski – Bauman” in Veles, delivered by instructors from the Command. These were the Course for Design and Management of Training and the Basic Military Training Course for students sponsored by the Ministry of Defense.
The aim of the Course for Design and Management of Training is to enable participants to analyse, design, develop, and manage training in their units through a systematic approach to training within the Army. During this course, officers and non-commissioned officers will gain knowledge on various topics, including identifying the role and responsibilities of commanders and leaders in training, applying an effective organisational training approach, and the practical application of standard operating procedures.
The student, who attended the two-week training, was introduced to key elements of the basic military training. Both written and practical tests were conducted to assess his acquired knowledge at the end of the training.
Upon completion of the courses, certificates were presented to the participants and the scholarship student by the Deputy Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Darko Stojkoski, who wished them success in their future work and encouraged them to implement the newly acquired knowledge within their respective units. He also assured the student that this training process and introduction to military values would further motivate him to pursue a career within the Army units.
