On September 3rd 2014, at the Individual Training Centre which is part of the Training and Doctrine Command, began the Methodological Training Course for NCOs. The course attendees are 27 NCOs from the ARM units.
The goal of this methodological course for NCOs is to provide modernizing of the forms, shapes and ways of conducting training, quality individual, collective and methodological preparation of the training instructors as well as, rational usage of the material resources and teaching aids while conducting the training.
From the planned training lessons, in the period of one month, the attendees NCOs will gain knowledge which they will uniformly apply while conducting the training of all units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
