On 6th May 2014, at Centre for Individual Training (CIT), 50 Non- Commissioned officers of all units from the Army of the Republic of Macedonia started attending Primary Leadership Course.
The course is a part of the Concept for Professional Development of ARM professional soldiers. The aim of the course is to train and educate the participants to The participants will have training related to their specific line of work, methodical preparation for successful realization of training and how to apply tactics, techniques and procedures at a team level in theatre.
At the Primary Leadership Course the participants will:
- Learn about the place, role, rights and duties of a team leader during training and tasks;
- Revise previous military knowledge about weapons handling and military equipment at a team level;
- Practical application of training procedures;
- Successful strategies to command teams.
The course participants by 23rd May will revise and expand on their knowledge of ARM rules, which later on will be applied on everyday basis conducting marching step training, with an individual soldier or a team, with or without a weapon.
The participant`s training of marching will improve during parades, everyday training, aligning in line formation and military events.
