In the period from 24 to 26 September 2025, the Frequency Management Course was successfully implemented at the training facilities of the “Alekso Demnievski-Bauman” barracks in Veles. Ten participants attended the course, which was delivered by members of the Training and Doctrine Command.
The aim of the course was to train personnel from the Signal Branch within Army commands and units in the proper use and management of assigned frequencies, and to certify them for frequency management of the radio spectrum allocated for use during peace support operations, in accordance with NATO standards and for work in NATO environments.
Through the implementation of the course, participants were trained and qualified for the correct management, use, and handling of the assigned frequencies in the radio spectrum. They were also trained in the proper application of the national plan for the allocation of radio frequency bands in the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as the plan for the assignment and use of radio frequencies.
Upon completion of the course, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini, awarded the participants with certificates of successful completion, encouraging them to be thoroughly engaged in their work and the execution of their duties – now enriched with new knowledge that they will be able to apply in their respective Army units.
