From October 14 to 25, a Course on Training Design and Management was conducted at the Training and Doctrine Command by instructors from the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom. This course is designed and developed according to the established standards for training personnel of this type in NATO member countries.
The purpose of the course is to equip participants with skills for analyzing, designing, developing, and managing training within units through an established systematic approach to training in the Army. During this course, participants acquired knowledge on various topics, including identifying the roles and responsibilities of commanders in training, applying an effective organizational approach to training, and the practical application of standard operational procedures.
Upon completion of the course, participants received certificates from the advisory team of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom. At the of course ceremony, the commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Vasko Kokolanski, presented certificates to the Army participants and wished them success in their future work, as well as the implementation of newly acquired knowledge in their units.
