A Design and Training Management Course was conducted by a mixed team of instructors from the UK Armed Forces and from the Training and Doctrine Command, in the period from 16 to 27 October. The course was designed and developed in accordance with the established standards for training this type of personnel from NATO member countries.
The purpose of this Course is to help the attendees to analyze, design, develop and manage training in units through an established system approach to training in the. The Course will enable officers and non-commissioned officers to get familiarized with various topics including identifying the role and responsibility of commandants and commanders in training, applying an effective organizational approach to training, and practical application of the standard operating procedures.
Upon Course completion the the attendees were awarded certificates by an advisory team from the United Kingdom Armed Forces. At the ceremony on the occasion of the successful completion of the Course, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Vasko Kokolanski, awarded certificates to the attendees from the Army, and wished them success in their further work, as well as the implementation of the newly acquired knowledge in their units.
