Today, with a ceremonial formation, the beginning of the Basic NCO Course 1-25 was marked at the Training and Doctrine Command, in the barracks “Alekso Demnievski – Bauman” in Veles. During the course, participants from different Army units will undergo general and specialized training as well as the planned activities that will follow throughout the program.
At the ceremony, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini, in his address, first welcomed the participants to the Individual Training Center and pointed out that in the coming period they will face many challenges requiring strength, endurance, and courage. He also reminded them to remain open to new ideas, new perspectives, new challenges, and new ways of thinking.
The Commander of the Individual Training Center, Major Dјunat Vedјioski, in his speech, emphasized that maximum dedication, discipline, and willingness to learn will be required. He noted that this course will not only further develop their skills and knowledge but will also build an even stronger sense of responsibility for future tasks.
The mission of the Basic NCO Course is to train section leaders with a highly developed moral awareness, professional military appearance and conduct, and the necessary knowledge to effectively apply in their work. They should also be combat and methodically prepared to successfully conduct training and properly apply tactics and procedures when carrying out combat tasks.
