Today, in the Training and Doctrine Command a ceremony was held on the occasion of the completion of the course for company sergeant majors, which was successfully completed by 19 Non-commissioned Officers of the Army.
On that occasion, the Commander of the Center for Individual Training awarded the trainees with certificates of successful completion of the course and also congratulated them on successful completion of the course and wished them successful work in their units, as well as implementation of acquired knowledge and experience.
The first-ranked were awarded commendations for their special commitment and achieved results.
At this training the new NCOs learned about the professional development of NCOs in the Army, how to deal with stress, and stressful situations, how to motivate subordinates, they learned about discipline and morale in the units, as well as topics which are especially important for successful completion of their missions.
