A ceremonial line-up, which marked the beginning of the Basic Course for Non-Commissioned Officers, for 150 trainees, including 13 female members from different Army units, was held in the Training and Doctrines Command, in the barracks “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” Veles.
The ceremony was attended by the deputy commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Lulzim Nuredini, who in his address first welcomed the trainees to the barracks and pointed out that in the next two months they will face many challenges. Furthermore, he added that complete and dedicated engagement, as well as maximum effort during the realization of the planned activities that follow during the training will allow each trainee to be become a highly motivated and physically fit leader.
The mission of the basic non-commissioned officers’ course is to produce section leaders with a highly developed moral, professional military look and conduct, knowledge gained through the training process that they will apply in their work. They should also be combat-professionally and methodically trained to successfully implement the lessons learnt, as well as the tactics and procedures when executing combat assignments.
