In the period from 28.01 to 27.02.2019, a Combat Staff Course for NCOs was held at the Center for Individual Training which is part of the Training and Doctrine Command. During the course, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the functional duties and responsibilities of the NCOs as well as the role they play in the military decision making process (MDMP).
The training was conducted by instructors who successfully transferred their knowledge and experiences to the trainees. Upon completing the course, the trainees gained knowledge and skills for working in the headquarters at the battalion / brigade level and they can apply them doing the duties that they will be appointed to in the future.
The gained knowledge of the participants was assessed by an exam they took at the end of the course. During the final ceremony, the three best participants were awarded certificates for commendation, and the best participant on the course was given a coin from the Sergeant Major of ARM for achieving the best results, which in his absence was awarded by the Sergeant Major of the Individual Training Center.
