With today’s exercise at the Army Training Area “Krivolak”, the Platoon Leaders Course officially concluded. The course was conducted over the past month with cadets from the fourth year of the Cadet Training Center (CTC), part of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
The formal closing ceremony was attended by the Commander of TRADOC, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini, the Dean of the Military Academy, the Deputy Commander of the Training Support Center (TSC), as well as representatives from the Military Academy and the TRADOC command.
During the exercise, the cadets independently and under command, at the squad and platoon levels, practiced the execution of collective tasks during offensive combat operations on various targets. They were also trained in combining fire and maneuver during attacks, coordinating with adjacent units, and acquiring new knowledge and skills in offensive combat tactics and fire control at the squad and platoon levels.
Following the exercise, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini addressed the course participants, wishing them continued success in their careers. He emphasized the importance of building leadership abilities for real-life situations, advancing and reinforcing their theoretical knowledge, developing self-confidence, and gaining valuable field experience essential for every future, modern, and well-trained officer of the Army.
