According to the annual plan and calendar of the Training and Doctrine Command for 2015 the Center for Breeding and Training military dogs implemented a number of training courses for soldiers who showed interest to become military dog handlers, as well as training of military guard dogs.
Hence, a final exam for the above stated courses has been conducted today. The courses for military dog handlers and military guard dogs were held in the period between 09.03.2015 to 03.04.2015. On these courses 5 military dog handlers were trained and the same number of military service dogs from various ARM units.
The exam was conducted by a commission from the Canine Training Centre which is responsible for assessing the training of the soldiers and of the military service dogs.
The soldiers passed the final exam successfully and gained certificates for military dog handlers.
