The cadets of the First and Second group of the Cadets’ Training Center finished their camping at the Training Area “Krivolak”. There were different kinds of training conducted at the camp including basic military training and various types of marksmanship in accordance with the annual training plan.
The aims of the training were completely achieved: the cadets improved their techniques, tactics and procedures for offensive and defensive combat at platoon level, successful orientation in unknown terrain, and at the same time gained a lifetime practical knowledge in working in various kinds of terrain.
Among the marksmanship activities they shot with automatic rifle 7.62mm, machinegun 7,61mm, semi-automatic sniper 7.9mm, and rocket propelled grenade 64mm. The cadets of the first group had also marksmanship at the commanders’ level within infantry section during offensive combat which was the peak of their camping.
The camping of the cadets helped them to gain knowledge and skills as well as building up their leadership skills, developing team spirit and patriotism. As a result of the First group of the cadets’ high moral at the Cadets Training Center there has been a newly composed song in accordance with the motto of the unit.
