In the Centre for Individual Training (CIT), 49 participants, professional soldiers from the Units of the Army of Republic of Macedonia have completed the Basic Course for Leaders.
With completion of this course ARM units gained professional soldiers trained to work as team leaders-corporals. Throughout the three week long training, the CIT instructors trained the participants to command a team successfully. Lining up capability of the trainees was raised at a higher level during the parades, falling in and other types of activities.
Furthermore, already acquired military expertise in weapons handling and military equipment were repeated and enhanced at a team level. Also methodical preparation for successful completion of training, correct application of tactics, techniques and procedures in the team when performing combat assignment were practiced.
At the end of the course the participants received Certificates for Completion of Basic Course for Leaders, given by the representative of the commander of CIO Major Oliver Veleski.
