Mission:
Maintenance of the material resources (MR) to level III, strengthening of the maintenance capacities to level II of LP and maintenance of ammunition and mine-explosive material (MEM).
Tasks:
- Plans, organizes and realizes medium repair of the technical material resources (TMR);
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and realizes KTP of ammunition and MEM and TP of specific MR in the units of the Army;
- Personal destruction of unpromising and defective ammunition;
- Designing of technological procedures in the area of maintenance of the MR, ammunition and MEM and organizing production of spare parts;
- Adjustment and modification of spare parts, structures and aggregates.
Lieutenant Colonel Cedomir Jovevski
Lieutenant Colonel Chedomir Jovevski was born on January 16, 1973 in Kriva Palanka. After completing primary education, he completed his secondary education in the high school “Orce Nikolov”, in 1991, in Skopje, and then enrolled the Ss. “Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, where he successfully graduated in 1997 at the department of Manufacturing Engineering and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1999-2000 at the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” in Skopje he began his military career and gained the rank of lieutenant in technical service.
He began his active military career as a Commander of the Technical Maintenance Platoon of the Logistics Company in the Border Brigade at the “Ilinden Barracks” in Skopje Garrison. In his career so far, he has performed several staff duties at the regiment level, battalion and joint operational command, and since March 2019 he has been performing the duty of TMC Commander.
He has completed several courses in Logistics, Planning Military Processes, Budgeting Planning, MTS Maintenance, such as: Basic Course for Staff Officers NATO School Oberammergau, Germany in 2009, and Material Management at a National Level. He has participated in many military exercises in Macedonia and abroad, including: Macedonian Flash, LONGBOW LANCER -13, REGEX-19, and during 2018 he participated in the rotation in the mission “Resolute Support in Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan.
He upgraded his military education by completing: Specialization in command and staff duties at the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski”, Skopje, in the period from 4.4.2016-6.2.2017.
Many times he has been honoured and praised, and the most important honours are Commendation by the Minister of Defence, Commendation by the JOC Commander, and Commendation by the Brigade for Logistic Support Commander.
He actively uses English language STANAG 2.2.2.2.
Marital status: Married and father of three children.
His hobby is reading books and sports.

The beginnings of the unit formation date back to 1947, but the building was officially registered in the cadastral documents on 15.11.1967.
With the establishment of the Army, the Technical Overhaul Center continues to work on maintaining material and technical assets in the domain of middle and general overhaul. The unit has a capacity to maintain infantry and artillery weapons, diagnostics and servicing of vehicles, maintenance and servicing of home appliances, it has certified persons for fire protection, a general workshop, as well as resources for maintaining connections.
Over the past years the Technical Overhaul Center has been constantly equipped with special equipment for the successful execution of activities.
The staff available to the unit successfully performed the tasks in the past, which is due to the continued professional development and training through various courses and training at home and abroad.
