From the 1st to 3rd October 2014 there was special professional training for forward observers teams (or spotters) and fire support specialists at the Artillery Battalion (artyBn) within the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade.
The instructors of the training were artyBn personnel who relayed their knowledge and skills to the forward observers’ teams and fire support specialists of the ARM units.
The training consists of two parts, theory and practice. There were 42 participants at the training for forward observers’ teams and fire support specialists who were personnel of the 1MIBde and of the Special Operations Regiment.
The aim of this training is to improve and upgrade the knowledge regarding this topic which will result in upgrading the standard operation procedures (SOP) and unification apply-rules in all ARM units.
