Today, August 12, the Training and Doctrines Command successfully carried out a voluntary humanitarian action, and donated the money collected from the employees to the regional offices of the Red Cross organization. This humanitarian action for collecting clothes, shoes and school supplies is one in a series of planned activities by which the Training and Doctrines Command marks the Day of the Army of Republic of Macedonia, 18th of August.
The President of the municipal organization of the Red Cross in Veles received the funds collected from the barracks “Alekso Demnievski-Bauman” in Veles. At the same time, the funds that were collected by employees in the Krivolak garrison were handed over to the municipal organization of the Red Cross in Negotino. The Red Cross will hand over part of the raised funds to the families from the region of Tetovo affected by the recent storms.
This humanitarian action continued the manifestation of humanity by the Training and Doctrines Command’s employees, as well as the good cooperation with the municipal organizations of the Red Cross.
