On October 31, 2013 the Training and Doctrines Command was visited by an inspection team under the provisions of the “Vienna Document 2011”. The inspection team, consisting of three inspectors from the Armed Forces of Switzerland and a representative of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom, was led by Colonel Tomislav Rizeski from the Department of Control and Verification of Arms from the Department for International Cooperation in MoD of Republic of Macedonia.
The inspection team was welcomed by the Commander of the Training and Doctrines Command, Colonel Ljupcho Kostovski, and the main coordinator of the activity, Chief of Staff Colonel Zoran Jovanovski, Ph.D.
A briefing was delivered before the attendees, in accordance with the Vienna document, which contained the organizational and formational structure of the Training and Doctrines Command, a brief history of the unit and the location it encompasses, as well as the mission it performs with its available infrastructure.
In addition, views and experiences were exchanged regarding the upcoming period.
