Yesterday at the Army Training Area “Krivolak”, the servicemen of the Declared Ranger Company began dealing with the incidents prepared by the NATO evaluators.
According to the assessment scenario, one part of the unit came across an unexploded improvised explosive device. The Rangers reacted immediately, applying their professional skills in accordance with the NATO standard operational procedures. This incident was soon followed by a reaction to a hostile ambush. The assessment team had the opportunity to observe a fast and efficient reaction, just like the best ones do.
The assessment dynamics continues in the evening as well, when several more incidents are expected, and the following day will bring more complex tasks and incidents during which Macedonian Rangers will deal with different combat situations.
