On 10.10.2019, Joint Operations Command and its subordinate units were visited by Brigadier General Robert Hugh Lloyd-Jones, the newly engaged British advisor at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The Brigadier General Robert Hugh Lloyd-Jones was welcomed by the JOC Commander Major General Pavle Arsoski and they had a formal introductory meeting.
During the meeting with the JOC Commander, the Brigadier General informed him about his upcoming mission in the Republic of North Macedonia and expressed readiness for a wholehearted support of the impending transformation of the Army.
The JOC Commander informed the Brigadier General Lloyd-Jones about the transformation so far and the future plans related to it.
The future plans for transformation and training of the units, with emphasis on the infantry battalions were presented to the Brigadier General Lloyd-Jones in the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade.
