Today, in the barracks “Chede Filipovski-Dame” in Kicevo, members of the 4th Infantry Battalion (4IB), from the 1st Infantry Brigade (1IB) marked the Day of the Unit. The ceremony took place in conditions when members of the battalion along with other Army members are engaged in tasks to support state institutions in dealing with the pandemic caused by COVID -19 virus.
At the ceremony, Colonel Besnik Emini in his speech congratulated the day of the unit and emphasized that assigned tasks and obligations in conditions of pandemic should continue to be realized in a professional manner in the following period. The Commander of the 4th Infantry Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Goran Trajanovski, also addressed the unit, referring to the activities carried out in the past period.
On the occasion of Day of the Unit, incentive measures were awarded for the achieved results in the training and performance of daily duties and tasks, for the selfless efforts and strengthening of the military team.
The members of the 4 MIB. on the occasion of the day of the unit, previously demonstrated their humanity with a voluntary donation of 50 blood units.
The ceremony was attended by the Commander of the 1st Infantry Brigade, Colonel Besnik Emini and the commanders of the units of the Brigade.
