The Commander of the NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Lieutenant General Eric P. Wendt, is paying a planned working visit to the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia today.
At the meeting the Chief of General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurcinovski and General Wendt discussed the mission and tasks of the Special Forces in the Army, strengthening and expanding capabilities within NATO, comprehensive defence, as well as, enhancing cooperation.
During today’s visit, Lieutenant General Eric P. Wendt also meet with the Minister of Defense Radmila Sekerinska.
During this visit, General Wendt visited the Special Force Battalion where the unit demonstrated its capacities and capabilities to the General.
