The Command Sergeant Major of the Army met Master Sergeants of the subordinate units and commands at the military barracks “Alekso Demnievski – Bauman” in Veles, at the Training Command and Doctrine, at the Individual Training Center. The meeting was held while abiding by the recommendations and protocols for preventing the spread of Covid-19.
A draft course syllabus for senior NCOs was presented at the meeting, which is a new course in the professional development system for non-commissioned officers. In addition, a draft procedure for alignment of courses in our country with foreign courses was also presented.
The Training Command and Doctrine has once again shown the initiative for improvement in education of professional soldiers and NCOs, keeping up with the changes which are happening in the educational process of the NATO member states.
Master Sergeants will continue to have initiatives in order to improve the NCO corps in the Army.
