At the Training and Doctrine Command, at the barracks “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” in Veles, the Cook’s Course 1-26 was successfully completed. The course was intended for Army personnel with the aim of enhancing their professional knowledge and practical skills in the preparation and serving of food. During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about modern cooking techniques, kitchen organization, the application of hygiene and sanitary measures, and the preparation of a variety of meals in accordance with the needs of the Army.
Preparation of diverse, nutritionally balanced meals tailored to the needs and requirements of Army personnel was particularly emphasized. Through implementation of this course, the Army continues to invest in the professional development of its members and in improving the quality of its services.
Upon successful completion of the course, the participants were awarded certificates by the Deputy Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Darko Stojkoski, who congratulated them on their hard work, dedication, and achievements, and wished them success in their future professional endeavors.
