On 30 September 2026, in accordance with the annual Training Calendar of the Logistics Base (LB), key personnel from the LB Command and Staff and its subordinate units conducted a Command Reconnaissance in the area of responsibility in the central part of the country, in the wider area of Demir Kapija and Udovo.
The aim of the activity was to conduct reconnaissance of the area and assess its military-geographical characteristics by studying the terrain and assessing the possibilities for the employment and deployment of LB units, the organization of logistic support for Army commands and units, and the methods of cooperation and coordination with other entities within the country’s defence and protection system.
The Command Reconnaissance created the conditions for improved planning, organization and coordination of logistic support, contributing to increased operational capability and readiness of Army units.
