Ahead of the observance of 18 August, the Army Day, members of the Army took part in the traditional voluntary blood donation drive, reaffirming their humanity and solidarity.
Today’s blood donation drive, held at the 8 September General Hospital, as part of the activities planned to mark the Army Day, was attended by members of the Army General Staff and the Ministry of Defence.
A blood donation drive was also held at “Kuzman Josifovski – Pitu” Barracks in Tetovo, where members of the garrison once again demonstrated their humanitarian spirit, solidarity and social responsibility.
In accordance with the annual voluntary blood donation plan, Army personnel participate in such activities throughout the year, contributing to saving and prolonging human lives.
